Latvian Candles complies with EU consumer protection law. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@latviancandles.store within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item in its original, unused condition, we will issue a full refund within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective. For damaged or defective products, please contact us with your order number and a photo — we will resolve the issue promptly.
